Villa Fiorita is an independent house, with a charming garden, which has been converted into 4 attractive apartments. Apartment Margherita is on the ground floor and sleeps 4 people in comfort. It is in a quiet part of town, only 2 minutes from Lake Garda and makes an ideal base for a family who wants to explore the beautiful Italian lakes. The open-plan kitchen/dining area has double French windows which open directly onto the garden. Indoors there is a dining table for 4 people, a flat-screen TV and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and moca coffee pot, making self-catering a breeze. For outside dining, there is a second table and chairs for meals al fresco. Sleeping: Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. The town of Sirmione can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while the lovely Desenzano del Garda is only 12 minutes by car. For self-catering Sirmione market takes place on Monday and Friday (mornings only). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients. Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Movieland, 30 minutes). There are also windsurfing schools close by on the lake and a boat hire centre just 10 minutes away. Verona Villafranca airport is only 35 minutes by car.
